    Just did a plugin and theme update through GoDaddy’s server. Everything worked in the staging site, but when I pushed to production I get the white screen. GoDaddy says this error has something to do with it:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data04/56/41290656/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:14) in /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data04/56/41290656/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 12

    I also deleted the events countdown php file on the server.

    I’ve reverted to my last back up. Couldn’t wait any longer for support.
    Will try to update to your latest version in a week or so. Looks like you have some bugs to figure out.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you update the theme manually? Please check if the shortcode files are duplicated inside the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder. You can also remove the entire folder and then replace it with the current version.
