    Hello,

    I recently updated Enfold and I have now been left with a white screen. I suspect Enfold is corrupt but I am unsure how to revert to it without loosing settings. I am receiving the error ‘The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme.’

    I am able to log into the WordPress Dashboard but not view the site.

    Please offer some advice.

    Can you give us temporary admin access and ftp access? just post the details in Private Content.

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing the login details however ftp access doesn’t work on my end. Also can you try to update enfold manually via ftp: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
