The site https://matrixphysiotherapy.com wasn’t loading properly after what we assumed was an automated WordPress core file update. The pages were displaying properly to the public, but the back end wasn’t showing the content – so no edits were possible.
A theme update was available, so we assumed that was needed to bring everything in sync. But when we updated the theme the site went completely white (with no access to wp-admin). We reinstalled the wp-admin and wp-includes files from WordPress in case something was corrupt – but no change.
Our host then helped us with some experiments. When the theme is activated, we get the white screen regardless of whether any plug-ins are activated or not. So the issue seems to be with the theme itself. Your urgent help is requested.
Thank you!
Hey WaldenDesign,
We apologize for the delayed response.
I have checked your site and I can see it’s using Enfold 4.5.5 but I could see everything properly in the backend, even when checking on the backend for pages.
Is this already fixed or is there any place this shows?
Best regards,
Nikko
Nikko:
Thanks for your reply. The Enfold update was corrupted so when we deleted the theme and started over it fixed the problem.
