    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    .header_color .header_bg {
    background: transparent url(//sanotech.my-tagit.be/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/sanotech-website-achtergrond-3000-x-121px.jpg) center left repeat-x scroll !important;
}
