Thank you for replying. Upon further testing, we see the thick white bar on the home page on all mobile devices (iOS and Android) but cannot see it on a PC or Laptop.
Login details below..

NeilJune 7, 2016 at 12:05 pm #643981Hi,
I can’t see any white bar. Can you clear browser cache and refresh a few times please? also check on another mobile device. Send us screenshots of the issue (imgur.com, dropbox).
Best regards,
AndyJune 7, 2016 at 12:21 pm #643995Hi Andy,
We have tested it on several mobile devices and they all display the same issue I am afraid.
I cannot see it on a PC and therefore cannot fix it.
Can you delete the image from imgur when you have seen it please?
Thank you
NeilJune 8, 2016 at 6:31 am #644561Hi,
I can see the issue on my iPad Touch and if I am not mistaken, it is the fallback image container. Note that video background is disabled on mobile devices so you have to add a fallback image. Edit the video slide then upload a fall back image.
Choose fallback image for mobile devices
Either upload a new, or choose an existing image from your media library
Video on most mobile devices can’t be controlled properly with JavaScript, which is mandatory here, therefore you are required to select a fallback image which can be displayed insteadUPDATE: Or add this in the Quick CSS field:
.av-mobile-fallback-image { display: none !important; }Best regards,
