Hi guys!

Have found plenty of documentation on your site already.. Thanx!!

Which plugin/service are you using for your customer support? It seems to integrate brilliantly with Enfold ;-)

I see it is running with BB press, how did you set it up? Maybe you already explained this to someone in the past?

    Chrs

    Hey Ben!

Yes, we are using bbPress plugin which is fully compatible with Enfold and additionally we are using some plugins that were developed by Kriesi only for Kriesi.at.
You can try using this one for private replies – https://wordpress.org/plugins/bbpress-private-replies/

    Thanx Yigit!

Got one more question regarding functionality..

When logged in to your support forum I see my Avatar and:

Account overview

Edit profile

Log out

How can I have the “account overview” and “edit profile” listed too?

Or does that kind of functionality belong to one of Kriesi’s private stash plugins ;-)

    Thanx!!

    Hi!

I think Kriesi can answer that better. I’ll ask him to take a look.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

Most of these customizations are very specific and wouldn’t benefit anyone who is not selling large volumes on themeforest (themeforest api keys and purchase codes used for exapmle). In addition to that I usually take the “quick and dirty” approach when I add small features to the forum, since I know that no one else will ever get to see that code. I do this mostly to get more done. However this also leads to a codebase that I really cant share with anyone else, since the solutions are more often than not rather hackish and not documented at all

    Cheers!
    Kriesi
