So I want to use Google maps, but I need a restricted key so I want to know the minimum requirements for APIs for a restricted key to get maps working?
I know the guide wants you to use unrestricted key’s which is a risk, that I personally now have experienced. In less than 30-days one of my unrestricted keys was hijacked and my usage data went through the roof.
So to prevent that from happening again and to get an invoice for several hundreds of dollars I need to use secure keys, restricted to a single web domain.
So which API’s are required to get Enfold to work with the key ?

I haven’t heard of that happening to other users, was your API key published in some way? You can read our documentation on Google Maps API keys here, but I’m not sure if it can be done in any other way to be honest with you: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/google-map/#how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key

June 10, 2020 at 6:47 am #1221061Hi,
Thanks for the update. You should be able to set the key to only work with a single domain when you create it, please refer to this: https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/95918/restricting-google-maps-js-api-keys-to-just-my-domain

Thank you!
