Hello supporter,
I am encountering an issue with your newest version 4.8.2. My website at https://okernportal.no/ is slow-ish on Dekstop when I’m visiting some pages, and there is a bug on mobile phone view.
When visiting the website on the mobile, you have to scroll down in order to see the content to be displayed. This is a really bad user experience!
I bought your theme at theme forest, but I can’t find on the Theme forest where to download version 4.8.1.
Do you need some sort of proof that I bought your website at Theme forest?

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. I don’t think downgrading the theme version will help much, since this is not a general problem with theme. Also make sure that you clear all caches on your site.

I have cleared all the caches on the website, but the issue is still there.

Thanks for that. I can’t see the mobile problem you are describing on my end, could you post a screenshot highlighting it, and let us know where we can see it please?
Also, on which pages are you experiencing slow load times?

Thanks for replying. If you try to use your cell phone and go to https://okernportal.no/, then you will notice that the spinning is continuously loading at the same page, unless if you scroll down, then the loading spin will be gone. This is very confusing for the user experience.
I have used Browserstack to test by using Edge the latest version for Desktop https://okernportal.no/. It is slow to load (Browserstack is slow, but I mean the website itself), and I notice for example the page https://okernportal.no/oslos-nye-bydel/ the spinning is just loading continuously like is stuck. I have to go back to switch another random page and then back to the page https://okernportal.no/oslos-nye-bydel/, then it works. Is there a caching issue with your Theme perhaps?

It seems like the issue was the WP Rocket I am using on the site. That plugin caused a huge loading performance that was a direct preloading mode activated.
It seems like your Theme is all fine!
