    Hello. We just purchased an additional 6 months of support for Enfold at the ThemeForest website but when we try to get support, we are told on the support website that out license expired in 2020. Where is the new license key? Thanks.

    Hi Clifford,

    Did you purchase the extended support using the same account as was used to purchase your theme license? Also, which email did you register your support forum account with?

    If you could share purchase receipts with us, then that would be helpful.
