Where is Font: entypo-fontello WhatsApp Icon?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked it and noticed that you are still using Enfold 4.5.5, whats app icon has been added in version 4.6.
Please update it to the latest version so you’ll have that icon but make sure to have a backup first.

Thanks, I have checked your site and the reason your theme options menu disappeared is because of the WordPress 5.5 update (which is patched in the latest version of Enfold)
I have installed and activated the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin in order to temporarily fix this.
I have checked Enfold > Theme Updates however the token you’ve entered in your site does not have enough permission.
Please make sure it has the following permissions enabled:

• View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
• View your Envato account username
• View your email address
• View your account profile details
• Download your purchased items
• Verify purchases of your item
• List purchases you’ve made

The slideshow buttons have predefined colors in them except for Theme Color, Theme Color Highlight and Theme Color Subtle which defined in General Settings.
