    In the Documentation about custom CSS and quick CSS, it states:
    “Inside the theme files you can find the custom.css file inside the css folder.”

    I know that Quick CSS is in Enfold > General Layout, but just where is the CSS folder?

    (I realize this is probably screamingly obvious, but newbie here.)

    You can find the file in wp-content/themes/enfold/css folder via FTP :)

    Hi!

    You can connect to your server via FTP and go to wp-content/themes/enfold/css folder and find custom.css file there. You can use Quick CSS field. Custom.css file would be overwritten if you do not have its backup and update the theme and that would not be the case with Quick CSS :)
