The element you are looking for is not a part of the theme and it is custom developed for kriesi.at :)

Kriesi.at site is a child theme created by Kriesi (for Kriesi :)) and he mentioned that some of the features used on our site is not really user friendly. However, please feel free to request such feature here – https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
