When you closing Ninja Popup, the boxed layout shifts

When you closing Ninja Popup, the boxed layout shifts to the right. NOt sure what conflict this is, but it only started happening when we switched to the box layout.

Hi Shane!

I am not sure what you are talking about. Where can I find the Ninja Popup? There was a popup once but nothing was shifting for me. How can I open this Popup again by purpose? Which browser and OS are you using?
