    Hello,

    When updating to WP 5.6 Avia builder stops working? I have restored a buck-up and trouble shot all plugins and it only breaks when
    I install 5.6. Have any ideas on why this might be happening? Thanks!

    Hey hylandgraphics,

    Please try to check this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/
    If that does not help, then please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hello,
    I’m having some problems with the Avia editor, I can’t edit the pages and the portfolio section anymore. Apparently the changes are saved in the back end, but then if I go to check the front end nothing has been changed.

    Can you help me?

    Hi FiloFilo78,

    Thanks for giving us admin access and we apologize for the delay.
    It seems to work properly now (I believe the issue may be caching), here are the steps that I done (and the results on the right):
    1. Go to pages and click on Edit on one of the pages (tested with multiple pages) – spinners are loading endlessly
    2. Go to plugins, in Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, clicked Diagnostica and switched to enfold – page builder worked properly
    3. Switched to child theme – page builder worked properly
    4. Enabled the plugins one by one (until all is enabled) – page builder still worked properly
    5. Disable troubleshooting mode – page builder still worked properly

    Hi, we are experiencing problems with some elements of avia editor, for example labels. We updated Enfold to the latest version (4.7.6.4) – we use a child theme. WP version is 5.6 and PHP version is 7.3.26. We installed jQuery Migrate and set ihe version to legacy 1.12.4. but problems are not solved.
    Furthermore, the icon menu does not work. We replaced /enfold/includes/helper-main-menu.php, with the file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6gmyfwwcicl0mdi/helper-main-menu.php?dl=0, as written in your thread but we did not solve any problems.
    What can we do?

    Hi, I think I have a similar problem and it’s driving me crazy.

    I am custom making product pages through your Avia layout builder, And all was good and well until I try to edit the templates I have saved for reuse.

    So for starters I have used your testimonial block, and when I try to put in new testimonials for a different product I can save it, but the second I update the page (to make it go live) it changes back to the original.

    The weird thing is if I click the preview page, it works in the preview, but when I update it, it deletes it..

    It’s super frustrating because it leaves me doing the same edit 33 times over again hoping next time it will go through..

    I have tried deleting and starting from scratch but it keeps I guess reloading an old version every time I update.

    Had to stop working yesterday after one hour of trying to make a simple change.

    It still won’t work today…
