Please go to wp-content folder via FTP and change the name of “plugins” folder and check if that helps.

JosueMarch 20, 2014 at 9:06 am #240552where can i find this error log??? where is it stored??? what folder??? thanks.
March 20, 2014 at 9:24 am #240566Hi!
It depends on your server set up but if you can contact your hosting provider they will be able to assist in that. At the same time ask or find out what php version the server has, its default memory for WordPress and we can hopefully find out what the root cause is.

I’m having the same issue.
Has there been any fix?
