On this site, after editing a page, when I hit the update button, the edits disappear or it goes back to a previous version of the page, any version it feels like. I’ve done it a ton of times and keep losing my edits. I have added test pages to see if it was just the about us page, but it wasn’t, it happens on all of my new test pages as well. (The site worked fine all day working on the home page and then around 1pm it started doing this).
I have a coming soon page up, so I’ll provide login credentials below. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated!
Follow Up: I was having so much trouble, I tried two things to rule them out as conflicts or the culprit:
1. I migrated a copy of this website to my Siteground Server; and
2. De-Activated all plugins
3. Uploaded fresh version of Enfold that I downloaded from ThemeforestIt did not work, I still loose everything as soon as I update a Page, ugh. Thank you for your help looking into this!

Thanks for the login details. I tried adding some elements to the front page, but that worked as expected. One which page can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 28, 2024 at 2:44 pm #1435753Hi Rikard,
For some reason, the Home Page works just fine. I have been trying to edit the about page – that is where the problem began. So then I created a couple of test pages. All of these pages have the same issue:
1. About Us
2. New About Page for Testing
3. TESTI really appreciate you looking. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting I thought you would ask me to and so stumped.
February 28, 2024 at 7:01 pm #1435791Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. I checked the TEST page and I see that you are opening two tags, but not closing them:
<strong>About Us<strong>
That will break the layout builder, so you need to close all tags properly:
<strong>About Us</strong>
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 28, 2024 at 10:02 pm #1435812Thank you, I finally figured that out! Lord.
Hey, could you answer one more question for me on this site. I have the same audio players for all 4 people on this page:
https://voiceoverfortheplanet.com/about-us/I made one with the settings I wanted and copies for the others, but one of them looks different and I can’t figure out why. Joe Passaro’s shows “Commercial” the name of the first track, in quotes at the top with his name underneath. All of the others just have the name of the track, no quotes, no name, which is how I want it. I have chosen hide artists name on this one, just like the others, all settings are the same.
February 29, 2024 at 10:18 am #1435846Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We’re not sure why the track title is enclosed in quotes. However, when we duplicate any other playlist and position it below Joe Passaro’s playlist, the quotes are not present. Plaese remove the current playlist, duplicate one from the other columns, and then replace the audio files.
Best regards,
