June 9, 2015 at 6:59 pm #456875Hey robcao12345!
I tried viewing your site but all I get is this, “CGI-limits reached, please try again later!”. Try contacting your hosting provider and let them know about this.
You could try creating a copy of your theme settings in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export and then hitting the “Reset All Options” button to see if it’s a problem in your settings.
Cheers!
ElliottJune 11, 2015 at 9:19 am #457668That is a different issue sadly.
We did what you said, it was ok for a bit and same again. One of the settings is triggering this I believe.

If I try to go to the admin section I get this:
Warning: extract() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /homepages/33/d328364170/htdocs/dynamiqtestsite/wp-content/themes/enfold/enfold/css/dynamic-css.php on line 36

June 11, 2015 at 6:34 pm #457963Hi!
It sounds like one of your settings is causing the problem. Send us a WordPress login and let us know if we can reset your settings and deactivate your plugins while testing.
Also try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. This will ensure all of the files are on the latest version.
Cheers!

June 11, 2015 at 6:59 pm #457981That is the issue, we can’t get to the admin login screen.

June 12, 2015 at 7:26 am #458200Hi!
You can update the theme files manually. A file must be corrupted or incomplete. Refer to this link: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/
Hard refreshing the page or removing page cache sometimes do a lot of wonders. :)
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 12, 2015 at 8:38 am #458247In the end I deleted both theme folders and reinstalled the theme. The theme still showed me the errors but allowed me into the admin dashboard.
It wouldn’t allow me to export the settings, so I reset all.
I have backups of the site – any good to you?
June 12, 2015 at 7:40 pm #458584Hi!
So after you reset the settings the error is gone now correct? I would just reconfigure them. If you still get an error then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

ElliottOctober 28, 2015 at 11:20 am #525996I think I have the same problem. It started when I adjusted the settings for meta-blog-info….
:-(
October 28, 2015 at 11:22 am #525998And now, all of a sudden, the error messages are gone, but a lot of the original settings are back. Lost my fonts and colors :-(
October 29, 2015 at 8:25 am #526580October 29, 2015 at 10:17 am #526626Hi Rikard,
Yes, it is fixed now. Had to configure a lot of the enfold settings to get it back to how it was.
No fun…
How can this happen? Or better, how can I prevent this from happening again?
