    Hi,

    I just purchased Enfold this past Wednesday and have been fairly pleased with it this far, but noticed that the bundled layerslider version is 5.1.1. Is this correct? I was hoping that this would have been included with a bit newer version.

    Hey BoXstA,

    The current version included in Enfold is 6.6.8, where exactly did you purchase the theme?

    Hi, It was purchased from Theme Forest. What is the best way to resolve this?

    I just tried deactivating the theme, deleting the theme and associated plugin, reuploading the theme, and restored configuration.
    Now I’m shown one new update available in plugins, but no plugin listed for update. (Same thing in the updates section)

    I did have a previous “Karma” theme installed, that included layer slider. But both theme and plugin was removed prior to installation of Enfold.

    Hi,
    You are seeing the update available most likely because layerslider has a new version available.
    Enfold v4.2.6 has version 6.6.8. The latest version is 6.7.1.
    On the next Enfold update the new layerslider will be included.

    But I removed layerslider manually and the theme. I then uploaded the theme but I am no longer presented with the option to install any layerslider plugin. What options do I have? I unfortunately cannot wait a week for the updated theme to be released. Thank you. .

    Nevermind,

    I found the plugins within the theme files and manually uploaded it. Then I could activate it and see version 6.6.8. I’m assuming the new update for the theme will include the newer version. Thank you for your help. This topic can be closed.
