Hi,
Hopefully a quick question. What is this number appearing in the footer socket as per the attached image and is it possible to remove its visibility?

Many Thanks

Can you try disabling active plugins to see if the issue resolves?
Best regards,

I have tested with all plugins disabled and via 3 browsers and an incognito window too and the number is still showing. I seem to remember that the number has shown since I installed the theme and wondered if it is some form of tracking to ensure websites are using legitimate purchased themes ?
Obviously I would like to stop it showing somehow but can not even find it when inspecting the area via google chrome.
Hopefully its something simple

Have you looked within the template files? Header.php and footer.php?

Jordan ShannonOctober 1, 2019 at 6:15 pm #1143866Just had a massive head scratching moment and taken myself back through the processes I would have gone through on a new install. It turns out that it was the google analytics code incorrectly implemented thus showing it in the footer socket. All sorted now and lesson learnt I think.
Appreciate the help and it was indeed an easy fix.

Did you see the thread starters post above regarding Google Analytics?
