Hi, Enfold expert,
i have completely setup my site and launched successfully, however, i have some confusions about these options.
I activated front-page from Enfold option and “your latest post” from Reading Option. so is this ok ?

Means what is the difference between those two options:
From Reading Option:
1: Your latest posts
2: A static page (select below)Note: if i select static page, and then select frontpage, then it will do the same, then what is the needs of static page ?
i select “latest post” from reading option and what is the benefits of a static page option ?

In your case you would not need the static page option, since you want the blog to show on your homepage. The point of the static page is to have a blog page show your posts separate from your front page which will be showing any page you choose. Most persons do not show their posts on the front page and have a separate blog page, so WordPress provides either option.
If you need to set static pages for your front page and blog, please do so in the Enfold theme options.
