    I watched your video on how to install the theme via FTP. Right away I ran into a problem because my web host allows multiple domains to be installed on the same site, so I can’t install at /public_html/wp-content/themes. Instead I had to install at /public_html/machinedesign.us/wp-content/themes.

    So I went ahead and installed at /public_html/machinedesign.us/wp-content/themes but when I preview the theme I get a 404 file not found error. And when I import one of the demo websites no pages are added.

    Hi LKirby567!

    You would install the theme inside your WordPress theme directory, wherever that may be.

    Try deactivating all plugins and delete your .htaccess file before refreshing your permalinks in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

    If that does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
