Weird Theme Options/edit page formatting on update

Hi guys, this is a problem I’ve had in the past but I can’t remember how I fixed it, I figured I would ask you guys then I know why it’s happening in future. It happens when I update all the parent theme files. The formatting of everything just goes backwards. It’s really weird and hard to explain, so I’ll just let you see the screenshots.

Hope you can see how it’s messed up, it looks really bad when you’re actually logged in the site. I’ve also cleared my cache and tried several different browsers to no avail.
