Hi, when updating to the latest (todays update) I got the message that everything was successfull, but under that text I got the following error message:
Warning: require_once(class-envato-protected-api.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /storage/content/**/******/********/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/enfold/framework/php/auto-updates/class-pixelentity-theme-update.php on line 32 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'class-envato-protected-api.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php56/lib/php') in /storage/content/**/**************/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/enfold/framework/php/auto-updates/class-pixelentity-theme-update.php on line 32
And since then the image slider on my startpage is broken, the images show as broken. Otherwise it rotates fine, I only had a demo site installed since I installed it all yesterday so it doesn’t mather much, I’ll try to remove and add the slider, haven’t had time to try that yet. But I just thought you guys wanna know :)
EDIT: I’ve looked a bit into it and what it does it after the update for some reason changes the URL to the pics, the URL is now:
http://************.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/avia-samples/slide1_MacBook_Pro.png
It actually adds “enfold” two times for some reason. So basically when it tries to load the images it gets a 404.- This topic was modified 9 years, 5 months ago by nikog.

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Cheers!

enfold 3.2.3 and wp 4.2.2My issue is kind of urgent. I’m showing this site to a client today and they required some changes beforehand.
July 9, 2015 at 3:17 pm #470936Hi!
Please try to deactivate all the plugins you are using, and let us know if that fixes the issue for you.
Best regards,
BasilisJuly 9, 2015 at 3:33 pm #470942I disabled a constant contact plugin and now it’s working. Thanks. Will this compatibility issue be fixed? or I do I need to find an alternate constant contact plugin?
July 9, 2015 at 4:33 pm #470991Hi @toner728,
I couldn’t log in with the details you provided, could you check please?

RikardJuly 9, 2015 at 4:54 pm #471002I disabled the login credentials because it was determined that the constant contact plugin was causing the problem. It’s now working, but I do not have a constant contact plugin for my visitors. Any recommendations?
July 10, 2015 at 6:04 am #471273Hi!
Unfortunately I’m not too familiar with plugins like that, but maybe you can find something in a search like this? https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=email+marketing
Cheers!
RikardAugust 4, 2015 at 2:16 pm #482679Hi, did you get anywhere with my original problem?
August 5, 2015 at 7:56 am #483110Hi,
Could you try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps please?

RikardAugust 5, 2015 at 8:24 am #483131Hi!
What problem are you having currently? there seems to be a LS shortcode in your homepage but there are no LayerSlider created in the backend.
Cheers!
