    Hey there support,

    I am trying to edit content in pages, but when I do, I get a bunch of HTML coding etc. I am not sure if it’s because I need to update the theme or not.

    Here is a screenshot:

    Do you think it’s because of a plugin? Or do I need to update the theme?

    Hi davian,

    We apologize for the delayed response.
    I think it’s because of a plugin, try to temporarily disable all plugins then check.
    If the issue is gone, try to enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing this issue.
    If that doesn’t help, please provide a login link to your site.

    I deactivated all plugins and its still having the same issue. Can someone take a look?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details, does your site have a URL as well? Did you try to select the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?

    The issue went away after I disabled Gutenberg, as suggested for broken site builder issue.

    Hi davian,

    It’s fixed.
    Since you are still using Enfold 4.2 it doesn’t have the option to choose classic or gutenberg editor.
    I have installed and activated a plugin called Classic Editor and that has fixed the issue you’re having.
