Hi,
I am having an issue with a website I am building today. I have tested it on my computer in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and it looks fine. However, on several other people’s computers, it does not look fine at all. Can you please advise as to what is going on?This is how it’s supposed to look: http://gregferrisforcountycommission.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/image-1-scaled.jpg
This is how some people see it with two logos, flush left, and no menu: http://gregferrisforcountycommission.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/image-2.jpgAny help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much!
JustineMay 7, 2024 at 3:59 am #1442500***UPDATE*** I was able to deactivate some plugins and that fixed it on a computer. However, it renders terribly on an Android phone. It’s just fine on an iphone, though. Thoughts on how to fix the Android issue?
Thanks!May 7, 2024 at 4:14 am #1442504Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The site seems to be rendering correctly on emulation. Which browser are you using on your Android phone? Please try using major browsers like Chrome or Firefox.
Best regards,

May 7, 2024 at 4:40 am #1442511Hey!
Have you tried purging the cache or clearing the browser history? You should also try checking it in incognito mode. Let us know of the result.

May 7, 2024 at 9:22 am #1442526Hi,
Thanks for the update. I checked your site using Chrome on an Android device, but I can’t see any problems on my end. Did you try using a private or incognito window?

May 8, 2024 at 11:28 am #1442671Hi,
Thanks for the update, but I still can’t see any problems on my end. Please try to clear and disable all caches on both your site and local device.

RikardMay 14, 2024 at 3:14 am #1443334Hi, I am back again with the same issues. We have tried everything you have suggested. The site looks fine on an iphone. It looks terrible on an Android. It looks bad in some people’s browsers and ok in others. I’ve attached screenshots. It almost looks like in some browsers and on Android it is losing its stylesheet? Could you please help because I am at a loss! You have admin access to the site. Thank you very much!
This is what website looks like correctly: http://gregferrisforcountycommission.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/correct-scaled.jpg
Looks bad on Android:

Thank you for the screenshots.
The site loads fine when we checked it on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. What is the version of your Android OS? Please note that versions 11 and older are no longer supported. We recommend using the latest version, 12 to 14, or using a major browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

IsmaelMay 14, 2024 at 10:48 pm #1443504Hi, I have people checking the website in five different states. They are all having the same visual problems with Chrome, Edge, and Android phones. The weird thing is that this morning, things looked fine, and now they are back to not looking fine, as in the images in the post above. I am getting super desperate here. I’ve used Enfold for years and have never had these issues. We are using the latest browsers, etc. Is there any chance there’s another idea you have or maybe you could look in the back end? I would really appreciate it so much!
Thank you,
JustineMay 15, 2024 at 3:56 am #1443543Hi,
We checked the site again today, and it displayed without issue. We tested it a few times. However, we did notice that the SSL certificate has expired. You might want to ask your hosting provider to renew the certificate.
You can also try disabling the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings temporarily and the cache plugin to see if the issue persists.
Best regards,
Ismael -
