    Hello,

I thought my website was running fine, since it loads properly from my end, on all browsers.

I was surprised to find out that, big parts of the website dont show up when I accessed the page from the computer of my father, and it had the same problems on the computer of an acquaintance, all of which use macbooks (I myself do, as well)

More specific about the issue; On the homepage, the browser/computer will load the layerslider and a “glitchy” gallery which you have to scroll down to see, and the menu. Everything else will not show up, the text which is supposed to be under the layerslider shows up as a big white bugged box.

Unfortunately, I dont have any screenshots of the issue, and cant get it till I meet up with my father again to test the website on his computer.

I need to get this fixed ASAP, we have invested large amounts of money on marketing and had a lot of website traffic recently, I dont want to think about how many potential customers we have lost because Enfold theme cant do its job and load the page properly.

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Regards,
    NikoArq

    Hey NikoArq!

They show up fine on my end, attached a screenshot in private content field.

Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

What is the point of me flushing my browser cache and reloading the page?
Didnt you read what I wrote?

    Hi!

Clearly you are seeing cached version of your page and clearing it will show you the correct version, like the one i sent you in my screenshot. That is the solution to your problem. It is up to you to flush browser cache or not :)

    Okay, sorry for being rude.

The problem is, there are multiple visitors that are having this problem.

I, myself, can see the page fine. But the people who are supposed to visit the website cant load the page properly.

I guess I just have to tell the visitors that I know off that have this issue, to flush their cache…

    Hi!

Users that visited the site and kept their browser history will have to flush their cache if they haven’t done so but new visitors will see the actual website as it is. Since you’re using a cache plugin, it will automatically refresh the page for them so that they will be serve with the right content.

    Cheers!
    Ismael
