Website with multiple stores and languages

Hey guys,

Not sure if there is a solution for this. A new client of mine has multiple stores across the country. Each stores need to have their own text/image content AND menu. On top of that, each stores need to be available in 2 languages.

Store A
– Texte A (English version)
– Texte A (Spanish version)
– Menu for store A (English version)
– Menu for store A (Spanish version)

Store B
– Texte B (English version)
– Texte B (Spanish version)
– Menu for store B (English version)
– Menu for store B (Spanish version)

Store C
– Texte C (English version)
– Texte C (Spanish version)
– Menu for store C (English version)
– Menu for store C (Spanish version)

Does anyone have experience with this kind of setup? I was going to use WPML for translation. Is there a way I can serve different menus to defferent pages? Should I “trick” WPML and use it as so, with these languages :
“Store A ENG”,
“Store A ESP”,
“Store B ENG”,
“Store B ESP”,
“Store C ENG”,
“Store C ESP”.
