    Hi,
    I was checking something on the website and the home page is not view fully. Its only showing the Top header and main Menu.
    The inner pages and viewing fine but the Home page is not.
    Please kindly advise on why do you think that is..
    I can send you logins to admin and even FTP if you need.

    You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    HI Yigit,

    Thank you for your prompt reply. The Admin area shows that I have the latest version although I now its not and I don’t know how to update. I have the username and API code entered so it would update automatically but its not picking up the latest version.

    How can I sort this out.

    I’m sending you the login to the Admin area in the private Content area.

    It was working fine this morning.

    Hi,

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
