    Hi there, Went live on my website yesterday and horrified to find that when you check the site on cellphones, it just shows all the coding. If you click on View Full Site, then it shows the website beautifully, but how many people are going to do that?
    Please help urgently.

    Hey synergismpromo,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    I have just done that as I was advised by a friend, so it is now working fine. Thank you. But does that mean I can not use Jet pack anymore? I liked that plug in!

    Hi,

    Great! :)

    You can use it but please only disable displaying different theme on mobile feature. Since theme is already responsive, it is not necessary :)
