My website has gone completely out of size since I updated to 4.2.2
It is in a boxed size but for some reason the whole page is smaller?
It looks stupid, images out of alignment.
Kind of need an urgent response please.January 29, 2018 at 4:05 pm #904292Fixed the issue, I restored from last back-up
I want to add an image into my footer but when I do it changes the size of the page?January 29, 2018 at 4:16 pm #904298Hey!
Can you please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it?
Also, please post a screenshot showing the changes you would like to make so we can make sure that we are on the same page :)
You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.Regards,

DarrenJanuary 30, 2018 at 2:30 pm #904911Hi,
Login credentials did not work for me. Could you please check them once again?
You can go to Enfold theme options > General Styling > Body Background to change your current body background image and then go to Enfold theme options > General Styling > Footer and set a custom background image :)
Best regards,

When I try to change the footer background with an image I can’t get the image to fit the width of the footer?
I reset the password belowFebruary 1, 2018 at 9:10 am #906059Hi,
The main background was added in the style.css file. Look for this code.
html { background: #333 url(images/bg.jpg) repeat center top !important; }
You can set the footer background in the General Styling > Footer panel. Look for the “Background Image” option.
Best regards,

Thanks for the info on the main backgroundI am aware of the background image option in footer, but when I add an image it doesn’t fit to the size of the footer, its very small even though the image I am adding is actually a large image
February 1, 2018 at 11:35 pm #906525Hi,
Please make sure you are choosing full size in size, attached a screenshot in private content field.
If that too does not help, could you please share background image you would like to use as well?Best regards,
YigitFebruary 9, 2018 at 7:08 am #910140I did what Ismael suggested.
Found the html code but when I try to change the code to the new image uploaded to the folder, the background won’t change?
I can change it clicking inspect on the page and making changes but they are only for my viewing
