Please help!
I have no idea what the hell might be problem, but i can log in fine and work, but as soon as i would like to view my website – it is blank.
At first i noticed that whenever i deactivate woocommerce, its working – but the main idea of the website is a online shop.December 17, 2019 at 6:02 am #1166693I’m having the same problem right now. It worked for a while, now is blank until I deactivate WooCommerce, WooCommerce Admin, WooCommerce Square. I’ll add more here as I find more specifics.

Thanks for the login details. What happens if you select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?

December 17, 2019 at 8:03 pm #1166993Update:
@danielle143 – I got my website to come back by selecting a WooCommerce “Shop Page” that is not built using the Enfold Advanced Layout Builder. That setting is in WooCommerce > Products tab
@Rikard – using the Classic Editor did not seem to do anything.- This reply was modified 4 years, 11 months ago by steed. Reason: added a pointer to the setting I changed

Define a higher memory limit in WordPress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server.
To increase the WordPress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below linedefine(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

Thanks for the updates, but your site seems to be loading fine on my end. How exactly can we reproduce the problems you are having?

RikardDecember 18, 2019 at 9:28 am #1167177@rikard – your reply confuses me. In my update I started with ” I got my website to come back by…”
So yes it’s working. I discovered the WooCommerce documentation said its settings override Enfold on the Shop page.
