Good Morning
Hope you doing good. Having a bit of an issue. I would install a demo theme, edit the pages, make copies and so forth, and quite frequently
after adding sections or separators or images etc, when pressing the update button, basically everything i added disappears and left with nothing.
So basically losing all my work. Have you come across a problem like this before? Current theme version is 3.3.2 and WP version 4.3.1.Sincerely

You’ll want to update Enfold to the latest version, 3.4.4. Be sure all plugins are deactivated while testing.
If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

Unfortunately still having the same problem. I have updated enfold and deactivated all the plugins and tested it.
Is it possible for you to have a look at it? I am specifically working on “Day tour New” page and i haven’t gotten further than that.Also i have downloaded the latest update, 3.4.4, and loaded it but enfold still says its version 3.4.3 running. Not sure if this is can contribute to the problem.
I have also installed the website into a sub directory (client preference) and not as i usually do, on the main directory. Could this be the issue?

Hi!
I see what you mean. I created a test page though and it seems to be working fine. So it’s just that specific page that has the problem is seems.
Try creating a new page and add the content in piece by piece and save to see if that works.
Not really sure what it could be but deleting / recreating the page should fix it.
