    Hi Team,

    I had purchased enfold template from your end and i had designed my website. It was working fine.
    Unfortunately i wanted to change my hosting space from one service provide to another, Hence i downloaded all the files directly from File manager where i had Hosted and copied to the file manager in new Hosting space. I did not use wordpress to export and import template option. I have mapped the database connection as well. But its not working.

    If i login to wordpress i dont see any of my files in it, because i have not exported and imported from wordpress, i directly backed up from File manager. Could you please suggest how to go forward. Thanks in advance…

    Hey rnagarle,

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
