Our webpage seems to be loading strangely. As the page is first loading, it shows a flash of the wrong background color. It will also show, a double logo, two different sizes. Sometimes, when a page does load it will not load the logo, which is very inconsistent. Pages do not load fully.

    Hey Maureen or Shari,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

Can you disable caching and minification for now?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

Thanks for that, the login details you posted are not working though. Please check and verify.

What happens if you clear the cache from your caching plugin and leave it disabled?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. Your problems are likely caused by your caching plugin since I’m getting different results when logged and when not logged in. Cached results will not be shown for logged in users with most caching plugins. What happens if you disable the plugin and load the page in an incognito/private window?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that, now I’m seeing the same results when logged in and when not. I’m seeing a grey background under your slider before it loads, do you want to change that in some way? I can’t reproduce the other problems you mentioned in your first post though.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I have now reactivated our cache plugin (and cleared the cache) and you can clearly see the green background and a fairly large logo.

    Hi,

Thanks for that, those are the results I saw as well when your caching plugins was activate. We can’t be responsible for what a third party caching plugin does to your site though, did you try to adjust the settings of the plugin or use a different one?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
