Hi, i moved a Website from dev-Webspace (where it did perform quite good) to the destination webspace.
Its now extremly slow in the backend. When Caching is of its extremely slow in the frontend too. I think its bugged somewhere.
Opera and Safari seem to be even slower.
I enabled Caching and Optimizations inside enfold but it wont help a lot.Maybe one can give me a hint here?
I added two Screenshots and page access in the private content field.Thank You

Are you getting the same problem if you switch to one of the default WordPress themes? I see a few slow queries in your Query Monitor plugin, they are related to core and to WPML. Did you try disabling plugins to see which ones are slowing the site down, if any?
Best regards,

thanks for your reply. In the meantime i did some extra optimizations and checks. The problem ist kind of wired.
Gtmetrix and pingdom results are quite good but different people told me the site is loading extremly slow.
When i myself access the backend and the Site its both often very slow too. I think my hoster aint that good too.I checked the wp-cron jobs too and got this error:
cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 3000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
so my cron jobs are not working too.
I will contact the hoster for further information. In the private content i added the server logs.
Thanks
November 11, 2019 at 1:58 pm #1155602Hi,
Thanks for the update, the problem with cron jobs is likely a server problem so your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that. If your current hosting solution isn’t all that great then moving to a better solution would likely solve most of your speed problems to be honest with you. It might cost a bit more, but you are getting what you are paying for so to speak.

thanks for your reply. Does this error make any sense to you:
Creating default object from empty value in wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_upcoming/events_upcoming.php on line 183: wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
I found it in the server logs.
November 12, 2019 at 4:11 am #1155798Hi,
Not really to be honest with you, but it could mean that the theme is not getting the access it wishes to the admin-ajax.php WordPress file. Maybe there is a security setting on your server which is preventing that? Also, that is only a warning so it shouldn’t cause any real problems on your site, but it might slow it down unfortunately.
Best regards,
Rikard -
