    Hello,

    My website has recently started to lose features without being logged into or played around with. There is absolutely no reason why this should be happening and I can’t even ask the question in your forums without a purchase code? I had it done by a designer.

    – My easy slider on every service pages has gone, now it’s just a white space…..
    – The ‘Makes & Models’ now has this awful grey on black drop down menu when before it was a nice looking scroll-able list as seen on the ‘Areas We Cover
    – The Menu bar now displays weirdly and overlays the logo on some platforms

    Why has all this happened? I don’t have a purchase code and don’t expect to pay to fix things that are just happening for no reason.

    Please can you help me fix this or allow me to create the chance to fix this within your forum?

    Hey Luke,

    If you don’t have a purchase code then please ask for it from the person who bought the theme license for you.

    About your problem; I can’t see any Easy Slider on the page you linked to, where can we see the actual problem?
