    My site stopped working two days ago with CPU Error “504” because of your theme. My provider (siteground) suggests me to write to support the theme highlighting the following problem:

    I have scanned the account but it is clean from malware.
    I have tested the speed of the various loading phases and the website slowest point is:
    | bootstrap | 38.4584s | 6.5754s | 931 | 100% | 1919 | 0 | 35.0529s | 10773 | 0s | 0 |
    | template | 39.6622s | 7.0252s | 975 | 100% | 5466 | 0 | 25.6959s | 15457 | 0s | 0 |
    It seems this slowness comes from the theme itself:
    AviaBuilder->loadLibraries() | 13.5496s | enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/template-builder.class.php:496 |
    | avia_custom_styles() | 13.4974s | enfold/functions.php:686 |

    After this I updated the theme to the latest version via FTP, but it still doesn’t work. The 504 error has disappeared but I can’t log into the WordPress backoffice and I don’t see the site working. The provider keeps telling me that the problem is always the Enfold theme

    Hey marsy98,

    Please try to rename the plugin folder, and child/parent theme name as well via FTP. That should deactivate all plugins and activate the default WordPress theme you have installed. If you should need further help then please include admin WordPress login details in private as well.

    I tried to rename the name of the theme and plugins through FTP but it doesn’t work. I leave you administrator access to WordPress, FTP access you find it above

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. What happens if you delete the theme and child theme completely from the server? Please make sure that you have backups of the child before doing this.

    I tried to delete enfold-child and enfold, I also tried to delete all the themes (I had twentytwenty in the themes folder), I tried to delete and rename all the plugins but it doesn’t work anyway

    Fixed changing theme from the database. Now the site works. Thanks for your support
