Hi there,
I would like to add an icon/a flag within my menu beside those social media icons (http://www.lenitas.org) to switch from German to English.
Is there an easy solution for this?

You can use WPML plugin. It is fully compatible with Enfold. You can find more information on http://wpml.org/

You can try qTranslate or Polylang but we can not ensure full compatibility with Enfold.
