 I have renamed plugins and themes and the site still is not up.
 I have also enabled WP_DEBUG and still not worked.Can you please ask your hosting company to check the version and make it php7.0+ please? Best regards,

 NikkoMarch 12, 2018 at 5:05 pm #925611Hi, I’ve deleted enfold theme and reinstall with the zip via ftp but still in error 500 BUT i’ve a white screen now … it’s better i guess cause before it was a real 500 error page. My wordpress admin is still inaccessible. The custom header.php don’t work too I’ve restore a backup, only mysql database, and then a full restore, but does’nt work I dont’ understand why my website is still down ! Could you have a look again ? Thanks -

 March 13, 2018 at 10:35 am #925984Hi, I have checked it again however display_errors is set to off on your site and I could not see the error even if debugging is turned on in wp-config file, which makes it difficult to know what’s causing the issue and fix it. Can you turn it on? Best regards,
