    Hi serge esteves,

Can you give us ftp access? so we can try to debug and check further.

    Hi,

I am not sure where the issue comes from
I have renamed plugins and themes and the site still is not up.
I have also enabled WP_DEBUG and still not worked.

Can you please ask your hosting company to check the version and make it php7.0+ please?

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hi,

I’ve deleted enfold theme and reinstall with the zip via ftp but still in error 500

BUT i’ve a white screen now … it’s better i guess cause before it was a real 500 error page. My wordpress admin is still inaccessible.

The custom header.php don’t work too

I’ve restore a backup, only mysql database, and then a full restore, but does’nt work

I dont’ understand why my website is still down !

Could you have a look again ?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I have checked it again however display_errors is set to off on your site and I could not see the error even if debugging is turned on in wp-config file, which makes it difficult to know what’s causing the issue and fix it. Can you turn it on?

    Best regards,
    Nikko
