    Hi,
    Our website was Hacked and my Title, Menu, Home page and Footer with all website content is changed.

    Title is showing this now “Home – +ADw-/title+AD4-Hacked By BlackHeart+ADw-DIV style+AD0AIg-DISPLAY: none+ACIAPgA8-xmp+AD4-”

    How to restore and prevent

    All menu images size also reduced, please check urgently, we are advertising on Google for this website and is the middle of the campaign,

    Hey!

    Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.2.3 via FTP manually and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    and use a security plugin such as – https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-wp-security/ – https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/

    Hi,

    after uploading the enfold folder, WordPress also not working, we cant even access wordpress now.

    Website is completely down from more than 18 hours now and all attempts are not working. we lost much business today.

    there are so many files which has errors while uploading, I have attempted in so many ways and times, but unable to upload those files

    Can you please login to control panel and check why its not working. None of the page is working, the whole website is down. Please check this on priority request PLEASE

    Can you please upload fresh Enfold.zip folder somewhere on your server through control panel and let us know where so we can overwrite the files for you?

    I have uploaded the ZIP file “themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress_theme.zip” which I have downloaded from the source given above “http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/”

    you can find the file on the root folder of themes i.e., /wp-content/themes
    please update and do the needful,

    Hi,
    thanks for prompt update, Yes site is restored

    I have reseted the password also, can you please login and check.

    1) Home page still not showing anything
    2) Social Media ICON are not displaying and some text is showing there
    3) MENU Bar size is modified for unknown reason and reduced, its a big picture
    4) Footer everything is lost
    5) social media footer Icon not there

    It was a full working website and suddenly, it all happen and we lost due to HACK or some other reason. can you setup that firewall because I am confused you advised me 2 Plugins, do I need to install both of them?, can you install and setup and block every thing, its just a static website.

    waiting for feedback.

    Also when I am login to wordpress and try to EDIT Home page, the EDITOR is not displaying and its just running and running

    please check that.

    Also Inside pages has some Font issue or something else, there are so many characters showing within the content

    3- Please go to Enfold theme options > Header tab and re-configure header options – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/
    4- You may need to re-create your footer widgets. Please do so in Appearance > Widgets.
    Everything else should be fixed. Please review your website again.

    Thanks for update and support, we appreciate,

    Sure I will setup footer, no issue
    can you please have a look for and they are also very important for the Home page, Home page has all content recovered and we thank you for this support.

    1) Menu is too small, the menu items are same, but they are too small. we need to have Big MENU Items Please
    2) Home page has 6 Images in Accordion Slider, images are also there with link, but Images not displaying on the website, but the link is there and is fine, please check for Images.
    3) Home page we placed “Satisfied Customers” with 5900 value set and I can see them in Page inside Code, but they are not appearing on Home page.
    4) Home page content slider also not showing anything which has values also if you go in the Slider code.

    IMP: How about securing website for future, shall I install both PKUGIN which you have mentioned in your first response in this Ticket, or do we need to setup anyone of them please advise

    Hi!

    1.) you can adjust font-size for your menu in Enfold->Advances layout

    2.) images are showing up fine for me. Could you fix it? please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

    You can install the plugin Yigit mentioned or any other WordPress security Plugin out there.
