I need the only font on the site to be Palatino and have changed it to that under general styling.
Unfortunately the change only seems to have taken place on mobile devices and some browsers such as Edge. I have cleared caches, tried multiple devices on multiple networks, disabled all plugins, and the old font is being displayed still. I’m at a loss and need help – the client has specifically requested this font and doesn’t want to move forward without it.
Hey Labrat228,
I get a 404 error on the login page you linked to, please check.
Best regards,
Rikard
I still haven’t had any luck forcing this change.
Hi,
This is what I see on my end: https://imgur.com/a/yHc4MCw. It looks to be the Palatino font? If you can’t see that on your end then please try loading the page in an incognito window and clear the cache from your caching plugin.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hello,
As I’ve I mentioned previously, all caches have been cleared and the website is also showing the incorrect font on the browsers (mostly chrome) of individuals visiting the site for the first time. Please look deeper into this issue.
It seems I can use Times New Roman and the edit takes place, but if I use Palatino it reverts to another font when I’m using Google Chrome.
Hi Labrat228,
I am seeing Georga set as the font. Did you decide to go with another font?
Best regards,
Victoria
