Website compromised through Directory

I received notice from my security plugin that someone had logged into my website. Upon review, it was determined that malicious files were uploaded to the server. The exploit was made possible due to insecure permissions in a directory. See private files for the directory.

I updated my Enfold theme this morning, after receiving notice. Was this fixed in the update, or what else needs to be done to fix this before I pay to have the malware removed?
