    Everything is lost.
    – widgets gone
    – posts gone
    …………its a complete mess.
    And the only thing we did was updating enfold

    Try clearing your cache. I’ve had this issue with updates in the past and it’s usually a cache issue.

    Hello,

    I tried to update my enfold theme from 4.1.1 to the latest version and it crashed. White screen with code in the middle. I am LOST. Please help, I need this update for a plugin.

    Hello Rikard,
    I think I was not very clear.
    I have version 4.1.1 and I tried to update it to the latest version via the FTP and the website crashed. A white page showed up with a line of code in the middle.
    I had to roll back.

    Can you please help to update it ? I really need the update quickly.

    @clpont
    you are currently using an illegal copy of Enfold which is probably the reason why updating crashes your site. Due to our policy, we do not update or work on sites that has illegal copy of our themes.

    Please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-post and attach a copy of your license in private content field. Only then we can update the theme for you.
