    Hi Kriesi,

    We had contact a couple of days a go. It was about the website wasn’t working properly after the wordpress update. Your respons was that i have a very old version of enfold, and i needed to update.

    I just did through my wordpress admin page. It says the Enfold update is done, but now my whole website is down! I don’t know what i have done wrong. Can you please help me :)

    Hey ruffie01!

    there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    Can you tell me how i delete the theme files completely via FTP? I have no idea.

    Hi,

    You will need to install FTP software, many users like Filezilla for instance. You can then find the theme files in your WordPress installation under wp-content/themes/enfold. If you don’t have FTP login details you can get them from your hosting provider.
