What did you choose in the permalink settings ( Dashboard – Settings – Permalinks ) ?
( guess it is plain) try f.e. post name

    Dear Guenni:

    /blog/%postname%/

Category and Keyword Basis is empty and all pages from here create a valid url.

on my test your /blog/%postname%/ works even with categories – but maybe it is better to use the Optional : Category base and your “blog”

It seems, if new categories are created, they have no ID (or how is the word) at my installation? If I move blog articles to new categories and uncheck the standard category (in German “Allgemein”), this query string as category is created https://domain.de/?cat=-1 and all contents without the standard category are inserted in this query string.
As I have reselected this category for all blogs, the query string was away.

As mentioned above why don’t you use: /%category%/%postname%/
one disadvantage – if you got 2 or more Categories for one Post the first category name will be inserted in that permalink.

@Guenni. That is not the solution for my understanding. I have posts in 1,2 or 3 categories. And only if “allgemein” is deselected, than this error occur.
And I would rather not rewrite the URL-Structure – it would destroy many rankings. It is grown in this way.

    Hi,
Your site is not loading correctly it only shows text and is prepended with /fkjadscvet-wrge34rz5/

    Best regards,
    Mike

Dear Mike, it’s loading correctly in targeting countries. Not for bots, non-human traffic and untargeted countries.
It’s blocked due to scraping, hacking attempts and AI violence.
Many others have this problem also (see google). It’s solved for me, but possible, you can reproduce it with post, unattached to the standard category.
I have tried this at another client, 2 minutes ago.

    Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, your second site is loading for me, but I don’t know why /?cat=-1 works on your site, I was unable to reproduce this on my site by changing my permalinks to match yours above.

    Best regards,
    Mike
