    Please help urgently! My website is broken: HTML code appearing and now parts of the site are repeating and I really don’t know why. The more I try to work on it the worse issues seem to get. This is for my business and I have asked for support quite a while back and not heard anything from you yet. I’m normally not one to complain but this is a massive issue and I’ve paid to have support on this theme. Please help!

    Thank you for writing to us.

    Yes you are entitled to get the support and we are happy to help you :) I’m sorry there must have been a delay earlier due to the high volume and holiday season.

    I checked your site for the issue and noticed what you mentioned.

    You are using an outdated version of the theme. The reason you are not able to see the update notice is that Envato has changed the way it’s API works now.

    Please download a fresh copy of the theme and update it manually to the server using an FTP client.

    Then you can register using an Envato Token to get updates in the future.
