website blank and impossible to access to enfold settings - Support

Hi,

I have a problem with my website, suddenly, today when i try to acces it, the pages are blank…..
can you explain me how to fix it?

Can you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
What was the last changes you made on the site before having this issue?

Hey!

You are currently using a very old version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
