    Hi,
My hosting says our traffic is used many resources of their servers and that is why we get internal server error.
    .

Is it possible that a part of the theme is not working well that is used too many resources? Or it is just related to our traffic and we should upgrade our server plan?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

Ask your hosting to increase resources of their share server. If their don’t do it, you should upgrade your server plan.

Also, you can ask hosting who is used traffic.

Because the traffic could used for e.g. a statistic plugin which often update or the traffic used from users?

If the traffic cause from a plugin, deactivate or delete it.

If the traffic cause from users, upgrade your server plan.

    Hope that help you

    Hey!

It is unlikely the theme could be eating more resources than expected, but i’d suggest the following:
    1. Try disabling plugins you’re not using, it may loose up the resource usage.
    2. Run security scans in your WordPress install, i don’t want to panic you but sometimes CPU overuse is related to viruses that may be using your install to send spam, etc.
    3. Try asking your host for the complete list of current processes running (the screenshot shows disk usage, which is different from CPU/memory usage).

    Cheers!
