Hi Guys,
I am trying to paste an Webinargeek embed code in a HTML element. When I save it in the page it shows up as an empty div. I tried the code with a different theme and that works fine.
What is happening and how do I fix it?November 23, 2018 at 8:20 pm #1037098Hey lisettetol,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Which page and which element should we be looking at?
Best regards,

I’m not sure why that is happening, could you try to add the code using a function in functions.php instead please? Please try the code I pasted in private.
Best regards,

Thanks for your reply, one question: Where in the page will the form show up if I paste this in functions.php?
December 4, 2018 at 9:16 pm #1040956Hi lisettetol,
You should find it inside the head tag.
You can just right click on the site then select view source, then find (ctrl + f) and find the script and you should see it easily :)Best regards,
NikkoDecember 5, 2018 at 2:30 pm #1041219I am not sure this answers my question Niko.
It’s a form. And it needs to be in a specific position on the website.
If I paste it in the functions.php and it shows up in the header, that’s not where I want it.
Don’t I need to create a shortcode of some kind to display the form?December 5, 2018 at 9:49 pm #1041398Hi lisettetol,
You might want to use a code block element, add it to the page and add the code there.
Best regards,
VictoriaDecember 5, 2018 at 9:50 pm #1041399I worked it out, inside my caching plugin the javascript compression was blocking the code.
It’s working now.
Thanks for helping me alongDecember 6, 2018 at 6:41 am #1041507 -
