    I already got the following tip from the webdorado team:
    “We have found that the reason for the issue is the theme. Please contact them and tell that instead of iframe it prints out div.”

    What does that mean and what can i do?

    Here is a screenshot showing that it our video element uses iframe you should be able to see it in the screenshot highlighted in blue: https://imgur.com/a/33v4V

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Yes, just tried, as soon as i use for example the “Twenty Seventeen” theme the video works perfectly. I also took some screenshots but i don’t know how to send you…

    Hi,
    I have tested the plugin on a clean install of Enfold and it doesn’t seem to be compatible. Sorry but not every plugin will work with Enfold. Have you considered using the built in video element? Or perhaps a different plugin will have the features you are looking for.
